萃取精馏分离异丙醇-水共沸物的模拟及节能Simulation and energy savings for separating isopropanol-water mixture by extractive distillation

摘要(Abstract):
利用Aspen Plus软件对异丙醇脱水常规萃取精馏流程、带液相侧线抽出萃取精馏流程及带气相侧线抽出萃取精馏流程进行模拟,并以最小年总费用(TAC)为目标对3种工艺进行全局经济优化。结果表明,与常规萃取精馏相比,带液相侧线抽出萃取精馏流程的TAC下降了6.99%,CO_2排放量减少7.85%;带气相侧线抽出萃取精馏流程的TAC降低了7.42%,CO_2排放量减少9.94%。带气相侧线抽出萃取精馏工艺最优操作参数:T-101塔板数为37,回流比为0.96,萃取剂进料量为8 500 kg/h,T-201塔板数为12,回流比为0.2。该研究结果可为异丙醇脱水萃取精馏的设计及节能提供一定的理论依据。
