刮膜式分子蒸馏技术理论研究进展Process in theoretical research on wiped molecular distillation technology

摘要(Abstract):
由于实际生产中真空度高且影响因素多,迄今为止有关分子蒸馏的基础理论尚不完善,其工艺及设备结构设计仍主要依靠于经验和实验数据确定,制约了其实现大规模的工业化应用。文中主要从蒸发表面的液体成膜、液膜在加热表面的蒸发过程、气相蒸发分子运动过程以及冷凝面上的气体分子冷凝过程4个方面,综述了国内外学者对分子蒸馏过程的机理研究进展,重点对近年来快速发展的刮膜式分子蒸馏技术进行了详细介绍。在此基础上,提出了未来分子蒸馏技术亟待解决的关键问题,认为高真空条件下的分子流运动行为的研究可揭示工业生产中分子蒸馏的分离原理。
